Account Insights

The Account Insights tab presents visualizations of data regarding the account’s engagement and content.

Engagement Rate Over Time provides a visual representation of the accounts average engagement rate over the last 6 months, in comparison to our network average. It also includes Avg. Likes & Comments. 

Engagement Rate by Post Type compares different types of posts engagement rates over the last 6 months. 

• Organic vs Sponsored: Shows the percentage of organic vs sponsored posts and average engagement rates for each post type over the past 6 months
• Reel vs Non-Reel: Shows the percentage of reel vs non-reel posts and average engagement rates for each post type over the past 6 months

Engagement Heat Map provides a visual representation of the accounts most highly engaged days and times historically. See more information on interpreting the heat map HERE.

Recent Media gives a quick overview of the type of content this account posts by displaying their last 12 pieces of media. Click on a post to view it in full.

AI Image Analysis provides the top image tags that were identified in this accounts media using AI Image Analysis. Click on an image tag to view some of the content containing media that matches the image tag. 

*Please note: AI Image Analysis is only available for Facebook and Instagram.

Brands Mentioned / Worked With / Detected can help you to understand what Brands the account has interacted with. 

• Mentioned includes posts that mention a brand account from our brand database.
• Worked With includes posts that mention a brand account from our brand database AND an FTC compliant disclosure.

Results can be filtered by all time, last year, or the last 6 months. Use the Search bar to search for a brand you are particularly interested in. 

Results are displayed with the brands logo and a number of times the brand was mentioned/worked with/detected. Click on the brand logo to view the detected posts.

Personality Traits visualizes scores for key personality traits that are identified based on matching keywords in written post content.

Traits can be sorted alphabetically or by score.
