Engagement data can be found in several places within the Radius platform, depending on your specific area of interest.
In a Profile or Account:
- Engagement Rate and Engagement Score for the last 90 days are displayed in the account side bar next to followers
Within Account Insights:
- Engagement Rate Over Time, located at the top of the Account Insights section of each account, shows Engagement Rate over the last 6 months.
- Engagement Rate by Post Type displays engagement data for different post types.
- Engagement Heat Map shows engagement by day of the week and time.
Individual post engagement is also listed for each piece of content you view within the platform, accessible by clicking on the post to open the “Post Details.”
