Profile Overview – Help Desk

From Search/View Profiles, click on a Profile or select View Insights from the context menu to view the Profile and its associated data.

On the left hand side of a Profile, you will see Available Accounts.

Click on the social network icons to toggle between the available social accounts. The icon that is highlighted is the active account.

Below Available Accounts, you will see a few high level data points for the selected account.

Followers: Number of followers of the account
Eng. Score: Our proprietary engagement score that takes into account engagement rate and post frequency to score an account in relation to other accounts on the network
Eng. Rate: Calculated as Engagements / Followers, averaged across the last 90 days of posts

Lastly, you’ll see the Account Biography, which is pulled directly from the public profile on the network.

Contact Information

The Radius platform will pull in Websites and Email Addresses from the public profile on the network automatically.

Emails Added By Your Team
You and your team can also input email addresses for an account by clicking EDIT. A pop up will open where you can add additional email addresses and designate one as the primary.

You can also use the drop down to designate a primary email address.

The tabs at the top of the header are how you will navigate between the different pages of a Profile.

	Click this icon in the upper right hand corner to open the account on the network.
	Click the pencil icon in the upper right hand corner to Edit Profile.

Account Insights

The Account Insights tab presents visualizations of data regarding the account’s engagement and content.

Audience

The Audience tab presents visualizations and data regarding the people who follow the account.

Content

The Content tab contains all of the post content that we have processed for a Profile, across their different social accounts.

Content is searchable against the same criteria available in Search.

Notes

Utilize the Notes tab within a Profile to leave and share comments on a Profile with your team.

*Notes can not be edited or deleted at this time.

Lists

If you have access to the Lists feature in your Radius suite, the Lists tab within a Profile is where you can find all of your Lists that the creator has been added to.

Click on the List to open it, or access the context menu by clicking on the ellipsis (...) to view or edit the List.

You can also add this creator to a List from this tab by clicking ADD TO LIST.

Campaigns

If you have access to the Campaigns feature in your Radius suite, the Campaigns tab within a Profile is where you can find all of your Campaigns that the creator has been added to.

Click on the context menu by clicking on the ellipsis (...) to view or edit the Campaign.
