Create/Edit Profile – Help Desk

To create a new profile, click on the +NEW button at the top of any Radius page and select Profile from the dropdown menu.

To edit an existing Profile, click on the PENCIL ICON button in the upper right hand corner of the Radius Profile.

The Create/Edit Profile form will open, which includes:

	Contact Information Input a First & Last Name if you wish. This will automatically populate the Profile Display Name. Add one or more email addresses and designate which is the Primary Email.
	Input a Profile Display Name, which is how you the Profile will be identified. Add Vertical tags which you can use as a search term to locate the Profile later. To Blocklist a Profile, select the Blocklisted radio button under Profile Flag. More information on Blocklisting HERE.
	Accounts At least one (1) social account is required to create a Profile. Input the social account username and click CONNECT. If the social account does not meet API requirements, you may be prompted to create a Placeholder: Instagram must be a Professional account Facebook accounts must be a Page, not a personal Profile or a Group YouTube accounts must be public Channels TikTok accounts must be in the TikTok Creator Marketplace
	Placeholder Placeholder accounts allow you to create a record in the Radius platform of an account that cannot be added via API due to not meeting requirements. This allows you to add the account to Lists, Communication Groups, and Campaigns so you can effectively work with the Creator regardless of their account status in the API. Placeholder accounts cannot be processed for data.
	After inputting Profile information and connecting accounts, click CREATE PROFILE to finish. The Profile will automatically begin being processed for data.
