How do I set up content tracking?

On the left hand side of the screen, you will see “Social Tracker” where you can track content across any of the accounts housed in your My Profiles CRM.

Fill out the following fields to personalize your tracker:

1. Give your Social Tracker a recognizable name. 
2. Populate with keywords, hashtags, or @tags by typing them out and pressing the “enter” key.
3. Select which social networks to track, as well as populate specific influencers that you want to track.

Press the SUBMIT button once you’re ready to finalize the tracker and a pop up will confirm that the new tracker is live.

All campaign content is pulled into one area where can see all the individual posts that align with the chosen criteria for this specific Social Tracker.
