• Review our Creator Troubleshooting One-Sheet, which includes the following guidance: 
  • Creator must have a Facebook Page

    • Make sure your Page has a a Username set - you can set this in your Page Settings > Page Setup > Name

• Try removing the business integration and start over.

If you are still having issues, please screen record the entire process, including the Instagram account linked to the Page and submit a support ticket.
