Campaign Mode Lists – Help Desk

'Campaign Mode' enables additional functionality for account feedback and approvals on Lists.

In Create/Edit List:

List Settings

To turn on account feedback and approvals on a Lists, select 'Campaign Mode' in the List Settings.

Input an Access Code in the List Settings to control access to the List:

Require code to view list - will require client to enter the set passcode in order to view the List at all
Require code to take action only - will allow anyone with the public Link to view the List, but will require clients to enter the set passcode in order to approve or leave feedback on Accounts

If you do not set an Access Code, anyone with the public Link can view the List and take action.

List Notifications

Lists in Campaign Mode have notifications for approvals or feedback.

Search for and select a team member to subscribe them or yourself to notifications for this List.

Status & Feedback

Lists in Campaign Mode will have 2 additional columns in the Accounts table: Status & Feedback.

These columns will reflect action taken in the List.

Sort

Click on the up or down arrow in a column header to sort the table by that column.

Filter

Click on the filter icon in a column header to open the filter options.

Click on the feedback column OR the ellipsis (...) and select View Status from the Context Menu to view the Status details for an account on the List:

From here, you can manually toggle the account to APPROVED or NOT APPROVED, enter Public Feedback to be displayed on the List, or input an Internal Note.

Public List View

When clients or external users view the public List, they will see buttons on the Account that allow them to APPROVE or LEAVE FEEDBACK on the account.

If Access Code is required to take action on list, clients will be prompted to input the set Access Code, their Name, and Company the first time they attempt to take action (approve or leave feedback).

Otherwise, any user who can access the public URL will be able to approve or leave feedback on List Accounts. They will be prompted to input their Name and Company for tracking purposes the first time they attempt to take action (approve or leave feedback).

Approve

The checkmark icon can be used to approve an account on the List.

The user will be prompted to confirm that they want to approve this account.

Once approved, the checkmark icon in the account header will turn green.

Feedback

The feedback icon can be used to leave feedback / comments on an account on the List. This will also display the total count of feedback that has been left for the account.

Notifications

Subscribe to Notifications in the List Settings to receive email notification when users approve or leave feedback on an Account in the List.
