How do I search for accounts?

Using Influential's Search tool, you can search for accounts based on three overarching types of parameters:

• Profile - Traits of the account or influencer themselves
• Audience - Demographics or affinities of the account audience
• Content - Types of media and text that this account posts

Use the SEARCH TARGET dropdown to adjust what part of our database you want to search on: 

• Show All accounts in the Influential database
• Show the accounts in your My Profiles Only 
• Exclude My Profiles from results

Click on the Network icons to filter by social network. 

Results will be displayed on the right hand side. Click on the in the upper right hand corner to adjust your result view:

• Social Accounts - results are displayed as accounts with data/scoring
• Content - results are displayed as individual pieces of content matching all parameters
• List - results are displayed in the list view
• Grid - results are displayed in a grid view

When using the Social Accounts / List views, two configurable columns allow you to view whatever data points are most important for your search, from the options below: 

• Engagement Score
• Engagement Rate
• Audience Quality Score
• Demographic Score
