Finalize Group Feedback in V2

When at least one User in your Review Group has voted on the Deliverable, Feedback can be finalized for the group. 

Users with Finalize Feedback permissions will see a new button - FINALIZE FEEDBACK. 

Use this button to indicate that your group is done reviewing and leaving feedback on the Deliverable. You will be prompted to confirm. 

	Campaign Managers and other users in the assigned Group will be notified when feedback is finalized, so they can take action.  Once feedback has been finalized, the users within your Review Group will no longer be able to take action or leave further feedback on the Deliverable.    The Group Status will move to Feedback Complete:

Finalizing Feedback is a crucial step, as this is what indicates to the Influential Campaign team that they can take action on the provided feedback and route the content for revision, to another group of reviewers for feedback, or finalize & schedule the post to go live.
