Ensure that you are logged into the correct TikTok account by following these steps:
- Go to https://www.tiktok.com
- Confirm you are logged into the correct account by logging out and logging in

Once confirmed, paste https://platform.influential.co/public/verify into the same web browser and complete authentication

If you are receiving the error message “info is hidden for creator”...
- This is an error coming back directly from TTCM indicating that the data is hidden for this account. This typically happens when creator has not accepted the latest TTCM terms of service.
- To resolve this issue, open the TikTok app and go to the Creator Marketplace - you should be prompted to accept the latest terms.
- If you are not prompted to accept the latest terms, or you are receiving a different error, please submit a support ticket, including the creator username and error details.
