What does it mean to "finalize" a Deliverable?

Finalizing a deliverable is the last step in providing all final approvals on the content. This button indicates to the Influential Team that the post is ready to be scheduled to go live. 

Once all components of the deliverable are officially approved and ready to be scheduled for posting, click the FINALIZE button in order to switch the status of the deliverable from PENDING to FINALIZED and then click the “FINALIZE DELIVERABLE” button on the prompted message.
