Receiving an error when posting to TTCM Invite Link

Server Error: creator is not allowed to create lite order with this api campaign

This error message indicates that the creator is attempting to post to an invite link that is not associated with their username.

Please ensure:

• An Invite Link has been generated for the creators Deliverable. 
• If an Invite Link has been generated for the creators Deliverable: 

• Is the Deliverable created under the correct, valid TikTok account?

  • Double check the creator did not change their username. If they did, request a handle change by contacting support.

If the creator is still unable to post to the invite link, please submit a support ticket with all relevant information including Campaign, Deliverable and Creator username.
