Social Tracker is your go-to for tracking relevant topics, imagery, and engagement rate information from the Profiles in your CRM dashboard by setting Content Alerts.
Think about Content Alerts like a Content Search function for the future: while we use Content Search to identify relevant content that our Profiles have posted in the past, we use Social Tracker Content Alerts to notify us about that same relevant content if Profiles in our CRM dashboard post about it moving forward.
We can also use Social Tracker to monitor follower growth activity with Follower Alerts. Set an alert to be notified if any of the accounts in your CRM dashboard experience a rapid increase or decline in followers, based on the percentage of growth or decline they have seen.
All results for the Alerts you’ve created will appear in your Social Tracker feed, and can be filtered by network using the buttons at the top right-hand corner of the screen. View the feed for just one alert at a time by clicking on the name of the Alert.
Results will remain in your feed until you delete the Alert that pulled them in.
