When a new Influencer is added to your roster and upgraded to PRO, it may take up to 24 hours to process their social accounts and provide Insights and Audience data.
Other reasons you may be missing include:
Social account is inactive / has not posted for an extended period of time
Social account is not old enough for significant data
Social account does not have enough followers
If the above does not apply to your account and you are still missing data, please SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
